October Hill Farm specializes in developing young horses for the jumper market. This program is ideal for breeders and owners of young prospects who want to promote their horses or sell them into the sport.

October Hill Farm is an active participant in the Young Jumper Championships, a national program for developing horses ages 5 through 8. In 2007, as in years past, we traveled to the YJC regional championships to compete with both our own horses as well as client-owned horses.

The trainers and lead staff of October Hill Farm have over fifty years of combined experience in showing, managing and supervising competition horses. We have participated in shows across the United States: Vermont, the National Horse Show in New York City, Harrisburg, Washington DC, Chicago, Kentucky, Tennessee, Wellington, Ocala, Tampa, Gulfport, Colorado, Arizona, Indio, Thermal, Del Mar, Pebble Beach, and many, many others. We also routinely participate in the Mexican Young Horse Championships in Monterrey, Mexico.

Time, experience and exposure on the major circuits, as well as in Germany, Holland and Mexico, has allowed us to develop an ever-growing network of friends, trainers and customers, a network which heightens possibilities and bridges the gap between sellers and buyers. We offer an ideal solution, especially for breeders of top quality equines, in reaching the jumper marketplace.
