Semen from Calido is virtually unobtainable in the United States. Cantus had multiple offspring in the last Olympics and has himself been a most successful sporthorse. The mare, Willa, is from a top daughter of Contender, Novia, winner of the mare performance test in Holstein.

The maiden mare Ophelia is by the Grand Prix stallion Ocordo who died in 2009 in a tragic accident. Ocordo's dam is the full sister to Osta Carpet's Carrera, winner of the Grand Prix at Aachen. The mare's family is an outstanding performance producer stemming from Argentan, the sire of Argentinus, Oldenburg's "Sire of the Century"
