LOCAL HOLSTEINER BREEDERS DONATE OVER $10,000 to AHHA PROGRAMS

For the third year in row, Texas Holsteiner Breeders have made a financial contribution to the American Holsteiner Horse Association and its programs. The funds were raised through a horse show event held at the Somervell County Expo Center in Glen Rose, Texas. The AHHA holds an inspection site in North Texas which Texas Breeders have combined with a locally managed A-rated hunter/jumper show, which offers a mini-prix and a hunter classic in order to help raise visibility of their programs with local trainers and show horse owners. The breeders have raised the money to provide prize money for the feature classes, and held a fun-filled Calcutta of mini-prix entries each year to raise additional funds. This event has now raised over $10,000 for the AHHA and its programs. Breeders and business owners who have provided funds include: October Hill Farm, Wah Kon-Tah Sporthorse International, Oak Haven Farm, Triple S Holsteiners, Topline Sporthorse, Horsegate Ranch, Rancho La Querencia, Rancho Corazon, Erin and Ervin Hesse, and European Horse Walkers.
